1. Scope of Engagement
By accessing this digital engine (the 'Site'), you agree to comply with our Terms of Governance. Sinag Agency provides digital strategy, UI/UX design, and performance engineering services. These terms regulate your use of our intellectual assets and communication nodes.
2. Intellectual Assets
All source code, logic shards, visual components, branding, and optimized content are the exclusive property of Sinag Agency unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized decomposition, scraping, or reproduction of these assets is strictly prohibited.
3. Service Availability & Logic Integrity
We strive for 99.9% uptime of our public nodes. However, we reserve the right to deploy updates or perform architectural maintenance without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or that all digital logic will operate on legacy browser environments.
4. Data Privacy Act (DPA) Compliance
In alignment with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines), we handle all user telemetry and contact information with rigorous security protocols. Probing our lead capture systems for vulnerabilities is a violation of our security policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Sinag Agency shall not be held responsible for any indirect, consequential, or technical losses arising from the use of our digital assets. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
